Great Relatives

Robert and I both have a lot of fantastic relatives - here are a few pictures of Kate with some of her especially "Great" relatives. She has had the chance to bond with two of her Great Grandma's and I think both the GGs and Kate love it!

Kate and my Grandma June - this was taken in the hospital when Kate was pretty new.

This is Kate with my Grandma Ruth, also taken in the hospital

I like this one of Grandma and Kate because it looks a bit like Kate is smiling at Grandma

I just love this picture - how neat is it that she has been able to already spend quality time with some greats?

And to the end the post - a picture from a visit the other day to Great Grandma - cute group!

Now we just have to get her Great Grandpas to pose for pictures :)

Daredevil Jump

Peter got this race track for his birthday and it has provided more entertainment than anyone could have ever guessed! Here is a little snippet of some of the fun.

She does open her eyes!

Here she is - sporting her open eyes

And one of Annie and Peter for good measure -

All is super around here! Stay tuned, I hope to post more over the next few days...

It's a GIRL!!

We are thrilled to introduce you to Kate!

Isn't she cute? :)

While both Annie and Peter were pretty good sized babies, Kate decided to take it to a whole new level...she weighed in at 11 lbs 4 ounces! Thank goodness she decided to show up a few days early! Her hair is light and it appears she has the same dimples that both Peter and Annie have.

The kids absolutely adore her and it has been really fun watching them "interact". Everyone is doing well and we are really happy to have this little girl home with us!

Enjoy the pics!

I have one little note about this picture - I think this was the first time that Kate displayed her bodily functions for Annie and Peter - entertaining for everyone

Random update

After some computer trauma, we are back! It was getting a bit sad to click on the blog and see only snow pictures and while there is snow falling outside right now, we have actually had some decent weather!

Yeah for bike rides!!

Peter and Will cruising in the Wagon

Kenna and Peter were quite happy on the alligator for a long time

A favorite activity around here...

Here's hoping for more updates in the near future! Happy Spring to everyone!

Fun in the snow

While a little warm weather is always nice, we do manage to have a ton of fun in the snow!

Here Annie and Peter are peeking out from the snow cave they helped Robert build in the backyard.

They brought a lot of stuff in the cave including sand toys (they double really well as snow toys), a patio table, buckets, etc.

And here are some sledding pictures - I love the snow in their faces on this one

'Tis the Season!

December has been a great month so far - here are some fun pictures...
